I would LOVE to contribute to this beautiful project. To be this integrated to music is such an incredible leap. It fuels my passions just to see this. Please let me know what I can do to be a part of it, if anything. I pledge my full support to this project in every way I can.

The first time I heard Imogen Heap was in The Last Kiss, when Hide & Seek came on as the character turned out the lights. I thought it was the most beautiful, and artistic way to use a vocoder. It was so inspiring. And now, Imogen is trying to give us something so much more magical than her music, a way to create our own music with our bodies. I have dreamed of this for years, and I am so excited to see the work you guys are doing. So when the days grow long and weary, when the code is overwhelming, when the hardware issues are too much, please keep in mind myself and many like minded musicians are so eternally grateful for the work you are putting in. This is truly amazing
Feel free to email me any updates or requests, I would love to help in any way I can. When the gloves are for sale, I will make sure to special order as many as possible for my Guitar Center customers

Hey there, I have a few questions. I cannot find info on how to connect the DIY-gloves with software and what the total number of readings contains. Also How will the position of the gloves be measured in relation to the whole body position?
And finally: The “notes” link in the DIY-section as well as the contact section seem to be broken.. just in case that hasn’t been reported before.

    Hi Imogen,
Just wanted to say thanks! Movement to notes to images to sounds to tech, la tee da, it gets me so whimsically excited. When I’m a special ed teacher I hope children who struggle with expressing emotions can put on the gloves and be understood. You’re my favorite artist and inspire me to keep playing and listening.
Best of luck to you and the team in your fearless pursuits,
    Alli

    Hi,

I’m the editor for an online technology website called AZoSensors. I’m interested in writing an article on the Mi.Mu project and wanted to see if you would be open to sharing some information about the project and technology?

Please let me know if this would be of interest to you as I’m sure it will be for our readers.

    Best Regards,
