Berlin Cuff Production

Rachel and Sam came to Berlin for three days of finalizing and making the battery solution on the collaborator cuff design.

Final cuff solution:

Curved 3xAA battery holder made by double sticky-taping three individual holders to a flexible substrate and wiring in series.

Elastic wraps around and velcros to back of cuff (back, front).

With tube print.

LiPo pouch as default solution. Think about strain-relief or adapter plug options for the terrible, horrible, no good, very bad JST connector.

Dimensions of elastic straps with velcro hooks. And sample cuff attachment to be sent to Alaina for prototyping AA battery holder.
