Single Neopixel Housing?

Going back to a single LED we need a way to house it and strain-relieve the three wires that are soldered to the back. Here is an option of the LED first shrink in transparent shrinktube with hot-melt adhesive, cut into a circle shape, then another strip of black shrinktube with hot-melt adhesive is shrunk around the edges.
