3 Pairs of NIME Gloves!!!
Rachel, Seb and Hannah come together in London for a long weekend of gloves making! And Adam joined for some software programming! The goal was to bring together the polished fabric gloves design (by Rachel) with the x-OSC & x-BIMU board (by Seb) in time for rehearsals leading up to the gloves performance at NIME.
Wiring of Flex Sensors to x-OSC:
(left and right hands are identical)
thumb [white cables] - analog 5
index (hand knuckle) [yellow cable] - analog 6
index (finger knuckle) [yellow stripy cable] - analog 7
middle (hand knuckle) [orange cable] - analog 8

Wiring of RGB LED to x-OSC:
(left and right hands are identical)
red - red wire
green - green wire
blue - blue wire
black - ground
Wiring of Vibration Motors to x-OSC:
(left and right hands are identical)
left vibration motor - ‘blue on grey’ and ‘blue on white’ wires
right vibration motor - ‘green on grey’ and ‘green on white’ wires
